A purchase will not improve chances of winning. This contest is only open to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older upon the date of entry. It is void where prohibited or regulated by law. By entering you agree to be bound and subject to these rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. All decisions are final and binding in all respects.
How to Enter:
You may enter the contest in three ways. First, you may enter your email address in the box provided. Second, you may send an email to giveaway@mylittlemascaraclub.com with the subject line "Entry for Monthly FREE MASCARA Contest" indicating your desire to enter the contest. Third, you may send a letter to My Little Mascara Club at 2875 W Ray Rd, Ste 6-341, Chandler, AZ 85224, including the pertinant request, to enter the contest. Limit one entry per person.
Eligibility. You acknowledge that by submitting an entry, you agree to provide your email address to My Little Mascara Club, who may email you from time to time. All entries become the property of the My Little Mascara Club and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entrant information, including email addresses, is subject to the respective Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of My Little Mascara Club. The contest is open from 12:01AM on the first of each month to 11:59PM on the final day of each month (all times are Phoenix, AZ times).
Winner Selection. Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries each month following the contest closing time (the “Drawing Date”). Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone. If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her; (iii) fails to return the Affidavit and Release; (iv) refuses the prize; and/or (v) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, successful completion of a background check, such individual will be declared the “winner” of the Promotion.
Prize and Terms. There will be one (1) winner each month who will receive 12 tubes of My Little Mascara Club mascara, with an estimated retail value of $144. A redemption code will be sent to the winner to redeem the prize or may be directly sent to the winner if his or her address is known.
Taxes. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Odds of Winning. The odds of winning this Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per address.

How to Enter:
Follow the instructions in the giveaway post, including liking, commenting, and sharing as noted on @MyLittleMascaraClub's applicable post between the dates and times noted on the applicable post. ("Entry Period").
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unitelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm PT on the date noted on the applicable post. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message.

There is no limit on the number of online entries per entrant during the entry period. You will receive one entry per card, and may submit as many mail-in entries as you wish.

Prizes and Odds: The prize to be awarded from the giveaway/contest is as noted in the applicable post, as is the retail value of the prize. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Our giveaways, contests, and sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") are not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Kate Spade, or any other brands unless specifically designated as such.
1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older, who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of the beginning of the promotion/contest period.
Employees of Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the promotion/contest. Participation in the promotion/contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
2. Prize Drawing: All promotion/contest name entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing, to be held on or around 7 days after online deadline at the My Little Mascara Club offices 2875 W Ray Rd, Ste 6-341, Chandler, AZ 85224. The drawing will be conducted by judges whose decisions are final and binding. The winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to prizes. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the parents or legal guardians, who must sign all required affidavits and releases. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
3. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days of the prize drawing, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of notification. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account specified in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.
4. Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to My Little Mascara Club will be subject to My Little Mascara Club’s privacy policy posted at mylittlemascaraclub.com/privacy-policy. My Little Mascara Club will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than the corresponding Sponsors whose offers you failed to opt-out. Additionally, by entering the promotion/contest you understand that My Little Mascara Club may send you additional commercial marketing email regarding My Little Mascara Club and its partners.
5. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The promotion/contest is offered by Sponsor, My Little Mascara Club, 2875 W Ray Rd, Ste 6-341, Chandler, AZ 85224, which is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating and winning a prize, Winner releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the promotion/contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the promotion/contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the giveaway and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion/contest. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the promotion/contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion/contest in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the promotion/contest is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.
6. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.
7. Winner’s List, Official Rules: For a list of prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 30 days of the Drawing Date to: Winner List, "Create Happy, Inc Sweepstakes" c/o My Little Mascara Club, 2875 W Ray Rd, Ste 6-341, Chandler, AZ 85224. Please specify the Drawing Date in order to obtain the list.
